Human resources Andalucía Acoge is characterised by the voluntary nature of our associations. Our many volunteers collaborate with solidarity and self-sacrifice, making possible the development of the actions and projects of the Federation. These volunteers are well-prepared and professional, possessing not only a general understanding of the organisation, but specific knowledge of the field in which they work. Andalucía Acoge also employs a number of professionals to ensure the continuity of our work. We emphasise that one of the fundamental activities of the Federation is the continuous co-ordination and training of both volunteers and professionals, enabling us to adapt our actions to suit the demands and necessities created by the reality which we confront. |
